1. Services
We provide website creation, website edits, website structure proposals and related digital services based on individual agreement with the client.
2. Free draft
The client may receive an initial draft or recommendation free of charge. If the client does not approve the draft and no further cooperation is agreed, no payment is required.
3. Approval and payment
Payment is required only after approval of the draft or agreed scope of work, unless agreed otherwise. By approving the draft, the client confirms agreement with the proposed direction.
4. No refunds
After approval and payment, payments are non-refundable because the service is individually prepared digital work. Further edits or another draft may be agreed separately depending on the scope.
5. Client materials
The client is responsible for the accuracy of provided texts, photos, logos, contact details and other materials. The client also confirms they have the right to use those materials.
6. Content approval
Before launch or handover, the client must check content, contact details, prices, texts and other information. After client approval, we are not responsible for errors that were approved or overlooked by the client.
7. Hosting and third parties
Hosting, domains, analytics tools and other services may be provided by third parties such as Netlify, Google or GitHub. We are not responsible for outages, changes of terms, technical issues or limitations of these services.
8. Source code and backup
Website source code may be stored in a GitHub repository. The client may receive a copy or export of the source code based on agreement. We may keep a source code backup for maintenance and future edits.
9. Changes after completion
Additional changes after completion or handover may be charged depending on the scope.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for lost profit, outages of third-party services, errors caused by supplied materials, changes in external platforms or interventions outside our control.
